Transilwrap Employee Manual
Pen-Ultimate was approached by Transilwrap, a leading plastics manufacturer, to help them complete an in-house project that it was having a challenge seeing through to fruition. For months, Transilwrap had been attempting to compile various employee procedure manuals, job descriptions, company policy statements, etc., into an updated employee handbook. But without a dedicated person working on the project it was a slow process. Plus, they wanted someone who could not whip the documents into shape but also make them more readable for their employees. Pen-Ultimate was contracted to take a series of disparate documents, edit them and compile them in a logical manner into a final master document that would become Transilwrap’s new Employee Handbook. We reviewed all the documents for relevancy, sense and accuracy and then compiled our final, edited documents into a comprehensive manual complete with master table of contents. The final project was designed to help both new and existing employees do their jobs better.
